Hi All!
I'm exhausted....it's all catching up to me, so thank god my workout was with my group tonight. It certainly helps to push me do my best!
My meals went well in the morning and at lunch, I am finding it a bit hard to deal with dinner on Tues. and Thurs. I workout at 7pm with the group and I really don't like to eat dinner before I workout but then when I'm done it's really too late to eat. I haven't quite figured out what to do.
Any suggestion?
All and all another good day!

Had the same problem while rehearsing the play! Didn't want to eat before but it was too late, after...I finally made myself eat a little early dinner (protein/salad) before and then rewarded myself with a little (1/2 cup) cereal, banana, milk after...xoxo
Well, it's great that you are not hungry. You could just eat a nice lunch and a late snack (fruit maybe) when you come back. That is the way the majority of other countries do it. Dinner at 12 to 2 and very light cena.Love
